Cancellation Policy

We understand that things happen and sometimes the best laid plans don't turn out as we would have liked.

Since I am primarily a private instructor and guide, when I set dates aside for you, that means that I may have already turned away other business for those dates, since I book first come - first serve.

Because of this, if you cancel with more than a weeks notice, you will receive a full refund and will not be expected to pay anything.

If you cancel from 24 hours to 3 days away, you will be expected to pay half of the Dive guiding, Instruction, but nothing for Gear rental.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be expected to pay the full price for the Dive guiding, Instruction, but not gear rental.

However Boat fee only! If you cancel with less than 3 days notice, please you to pay the full price for the Boat fee.

In order to provide the kind of service that I do, I need to limit the amount of divers that I take out, that means that my profit margins are very thin.

Please understand that my time is very valuable too, and when I make a reservation for you, I have cleared a spot in my schedule for you.
